Instructions
1. Make the Maple Herb Butter
Mix softened butter, maple syrup, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Refrigerate until ready.
2. Season the Wahoo
Pat fillets dry.
Season with sea salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Sear the Wahoo

Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high.

Add wahoo fillets and cook 3–4 minutes per side.

Wahoo should be golden on the outside but still moist inside.

In the last minute of cooking, add a spoonful of maple herb butter to melt over the top.
4. Finish & Serve
Top with another small dollop of maple herb butter right before serving.

2 cloves garlic, minced

Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions

Steam or boil green beans for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, cook 30 seconds.

Toss in green beans, salt, and pepper.
